We require a Security bond of $350 for Avonlea which will be refunded on final inspection.

Minimum two night stay
Long weekends - Minimum 3 night stay
Easter – Minimum 4 night stay

To confirm 2 or more night’s reservation a 50% deposit is to be paid (within 14 days) to secure the booking with the balance on arrival. We accept cash, money order, Visa or Mastercard over the phone. Cheques can be arranged if paid 14 days before arrival.
 

Check-in times                                                                     
On the day of arrival check-in is available after 2:30 pm
On the day of departure we can arrange a late check-out until 11.30am, to enable sufficient time to tidy through prior to our next guests arrival.

We usually ask guests to ring us on the day of arrival to advise the approximate arrival time and make arrangements to collect the key to the house.
